Perl
for 32-bit or
64-bit Windows
In order to run and debug your scripts
with Perl Builder, you must also have the 32-bit or 32-bit Windows version of Perl
installed on your computer. Like all versions of Perl, the Windows port is freeware. (You do
not need to download this component if you already have Perl on your computer).
The link below will allow you to download ActivePerl(tm) for
Windows. The Perl installation is provided in two formats:

We recommend the ActivePerl
port from ActiveState Corp.; however, Perl Builder will work with any valid build for
Perl.
