Wizard Panel 7

The only option in the final panel of the wizard allows you to specify that your publication be automatically displayed in your browser after the conversion. If you check this box, WordToWeb will automatically open the publication in the browser as soon as the conversion is complete.

Click the Set Browser button to specify the locations of your web browser(s). You can specify up to three different browsers. If you specify more than one browser, WordToWeb will automatically display its "browser flipper" when the translation is complete. To change browsers, just drop down the list and make your choice—your publication will then be displayed in the specified browser.

This feature, which is optimized to work with Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, is a great way to make sure that your HTML publication displays properly in different web browsers.

TIP

Launching your web browser can take quite a while. If you will be running multiple conversions with WordToWeb, leave your browser running (just minimize it). When you run the next conversion, WordToWeb will activate the browser and display your publication in it—this is usually much faster than launching the browser from scratch.
